Dr. Todd Gauger
Dr. Gauger joined the Norway Veterinary Hospital as an associate veterinarian in June of 1988 following his graduation from Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He also attended MSU for undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. He returned to Maine to join the practice that his father, Dr. Charles Gauger, started in 1963. In the 1990’s Dr. Gauger received advanced training in orthopedics and started a referral practice for area veterinarians – his areas of interest include fracture repair and joint surgery. The referrals currently serve over 50 Maine practices and several in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts. Dr. Gauger currently resides in South Paris with his wife Kristen and their two children, Derek and Megan.

Dr. Michael Binette
Dr. Michael Binette has been a member of the Norway Veterinary Hospital team since May 1999. He is originally from Westbrook and he graduated from Westbrook High School in 1989. Dr. Binette then attended the University of New Hampshire where he was a springboard diver on the UNH Men’s Swimming and Diving Team. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Animal Science in 1993. Dr. Binette then worked for two years as a Veterinary Technician before attending the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in May of 1999 and he was awarded with the Gold Medal for being the outstanding senior in Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Binette was also elected by his classmates to give the Commencement Address at the Veterinary Oath Swearing in Ceremony. Dr. Binette’s particular interests include soft tissue surgery and dermatology.
Dr. Binette resides in South Paris with his wife Beth and their three sons Andrew, Nicholas and Sam. The Binette’s have two dogs; Annabelle a Lab mix and Colby a Golden Retriever. They also have three cats, Dory, Porkchop and Clarabelle.

Dr. Harker joined Norway Veterinary Hospital in 2003, when she moved to Maine from Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Harker earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee. Her interests include dental health. Dr. Harker resides in Naples with her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Katie. They live in their home with two dogs, Spencer and Daisy, along with four cats: Angel, Crash, Walter and Sam. In her free time Dr. Harker enjoys gardening, hiking and kayaking.

Dr. Amanda Warrington joined the Norway Veterinary Hospital in June of 2007. She grew up in South Paris and graduated from OHCHS in 1999. Amanda worked at Norway Veterinary Hospital as a veterinary assistant during summers while in high school and college. After graduating from the University of Maine, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Animal Science, she moved to Columbia, Missouri. She earned her DVM from the University of Missouri in 2007. Dr. Warrington currently lives in South Paris with her dogs, Luke (Yellow Lab), Elliot (Rat Terrier Mix), and Olive (Rat Terrier).

Dr. Jill Ellis
Dr. Ellis grew up in Glenburn, Maine and attended the University of Maine in Orono where she received her Bachelor’s in Animal & Veterinary Science with a Minor in Equine Studies in 2003. She then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois in 2009. She began practicing at Norway Veterinary Hospital in June of 2009 and has a special interest in feline medicine. Dr. Ellis lives in Poland with her husband, Larry, and their pets which include a dog, Casey, two Siamese cats, Hunter & Dovey, Archie their horse, a parakeet, Liley and a conure, Bruno. She likes spending time with family, skiing and horseback riding.

Dr. Menolly Beittenmiller
Dr. Beittenmiller received both her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri. Dr. Beittenmiller completed an internship at the University of Tennessee before joining Norway Veterinary Hospital July 2009. She currently lives in Wales with her significant other Tyler and their five dogs: Miles (a mixed breed Terrier), Steve (a Boston Terrier), River (a lab mix), Tusker (a Border Collie mix), and Tripper (a Shepherd x). She enjoys hiking, fishing, camping and quilting.
